Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our overall goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchases. However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for exchange or a refund. The item in question must be in its' original packaging unused or damaged after purchase will be declined. Customers should email our customer service to report damage, confirming that the damage happened in shipping and is not the result of use or misuse of the product.Note shipping costs will not be refunded.

 Refund Requests

 Your refund request will not be processed instantly until item has been delivered back. It may take 3-5 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.

You (the buyer) will not be refunded for return shipping or the cost of shipping at the time of purchase.

FAQS

1. I received the wrong item what should I do?

Immediately contact us through email and mail us your confirmation/ receipt or provide us with the confirmation number via email.

2. I have yet to receive my package.

If your item was to be shipped within 3-5 days and you have not received a tracking number then please contact us to provide you with one. From there yOU may track your items and then contact USPS for further assistance if you still have not received it or we will contact the Postal service for you.

3. I do not have a paypal account. What other options are there?

At the shopping cart there are other payment methods to choose from including Shop Pay. Customers may still click checkout which will offer to create a pay pal account for safer purchasing or decline it at the end of filling out their address and payment information. 

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

4. I received the wrong item. Now what?

We advise customers to always keep track of their order confirmations as it can be referenced upon the wrong item being sent to them. Please get in contact with us if you received the wrong item or there is an error.
